Dr. Usama Abdullahi

I am currently working as a Resident Doctor in the Community Medicine Department in Ahmadu Bello University teaching hospital (ABUTH) Zaria. I was opportune to work with several teams as well as rotating through Microbiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry, Maxillofacial Surgery, Ophthalmology, Emergency medicine, Accidents and Emergency, Plastic and reconstructive surgery units. During these rotations , I have acquired several clinical skills as well as local research experience. The emphasis lies on real-world skills as during all these I have found myself in several situations that require quick and critical thinking to do procedures in order to save life. I have acquired vast knowledge and experience all through.
